By using Devolx’s services or visiting our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

Devolx offers web design, development, and digital services as outlined in your project agreement. This may include website creation, responsive design, SEO setup, content integration, and maintenance plans.

2. Fees and Payment

A deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin work. The final balance is due upon project completion and your approval. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee.

3. Project Timeline

We commit to delivering your project within the estimated timeframe. Delays caused by late feedback, content delivery, or scope changes may extend the timeline. We will notify you of any adjustments.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) promptly and review drafts within 5 business days. Delays on your end may impact the delivery schedule.

5. Revisions

Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions.

6. Intellectual Property

After full payment, you have two options:

Full Transfer: All website files, code, design assets, and content are delivered to you, and you assume full ownership and control.

Ongoing Management: Devolx retains ownership and hosts the website under a maintenance plan. You retain full rights to your content and can request a complete transfer at any time with 30 days’ notice.

In both cases, Devolx reserves the right to feature your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. No Performance Guarantee

While we implement best practices for SEO and performance, we do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic, or business results, as these depend on external factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

Devolx’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect damages such as lost profits or business interruption.

9. Hosting & Maintenance

If included, hosting and maintenance cover updates, backups, and security monitoring. Services renew monthly or annually unless canceled with 30 days’ notice.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all completed work.
